Tim Sorensen is the Director and Licensed Builder behind Rensen Constructions.
Tim spent 15 years as a carpenter working with some of NSW and ACT most respected architects delivering some amazing projects. This gave him a thorough understanding of different building styles and exceptional knowledge of the design process. Tim’s passion lies with custom home building, helping clients to bring their ideas to life to create beautiful homes and usable spaces, catering to all budgets.

Extension and Renovation at Cook allowed the clients to enjoy a new feel all through the house. Adding a larger, kitchen and dining whilst creating second living, the clients also enjoy their master suite complete with ensuite and walk in robe. The renovation of the red brick home allowed for a facelift to existing home, including living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

Opening up and brightening spaces with a renovation & extension. The renovation saw a complete remodelling and repurposing of all internal spaces in this home and an extension saw the addition an outdoor area usable of an all year round and a Master bedroom wing complete with walk in robe and ensuite.
