Rensen Constructions specialise in building customised usable spaces that enhances the functionality to perfectly suit your lifestyle. We can manage the entire process, from design concept through to completion. We intimately oversee every project to ensure delivery to the highest standards.

Rensen Constructions is led by Director and Licensed Builder, Tim Sorensen. Tim has spent 15 years as a carpenter and the most recent 8 years as a licensed builder, working with some of NSW and ACT most respected architects, delivering some amazing projects. This has given him a thorough understanding of different building styles and exceptional knowledge of the design process.

Rensen Construction is passionate about building custom homes and recreating spaces, by helping clients to bring their ideas to life to create beautiful homes and usable spaces, catering to all budgets.

COOK

Extension and Renovation at Cook allowed the clients to enjoy a new feel all through the house. Adding a larger, kitchen and dining whilst creating second living, the clients also enjoy their master suite complete with ensuite and walk in robe. The renovation of the red brick home allowed for a facelift to existing home, including living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

Opening up and brightening spaces with a renovation & extension. The renovation saw a complete remodelling and repurposing of all internal spaces in this home and an extension saw the addition an outdoor area usable of an all year round and a Master bedroom wing complete with walk in robe and ensuite.

BEGA

Design and Build.

We designed and built this new home in the Bega Valley to utilise the natural slope of the block, so the house appears unassuming from the road and then has a full glass-front entrance from the moment you step foot through the front door, to show the Bega Valley green rolling hills and the Mumbulla Mountain, in all its glory. This home has a functional floor plan, that maximises the natural lighting through the full height doors and windows. See the “Display Home” tab for more pictures of this project.
